Nadiaplesner.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Dankort.
The payment will not be transferred until the order has been shipped.

When you place an order, it will be shipped within 3 business days. Estimated delivery date will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will also see the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation e-mail. Normally the estimated delivery times from the placement of your order are:
The Netherlands: 2-4 business days.
Europe: 4-10 business days.
Outside of Europe: 10-15 business days.

The shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item will appear on the order form.

You may return items sold and fulfilled by Nadiaplesner.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We charge Danish VAT of 25% on all items shipped to EU countries. These are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Austria. There is no charge of VAT from items shipped to countries outside EU.
